Grace Camp® Services
Executive Leadership Consulting & High Performance Team Coaching
Thriving business aren’t built by great individuals. They’re built by great individuals who know how to work together.
Most executive teams are made up of brilliant, highly competent individuals — people who are exceptional in their own domain. But being brilliant in your lane doesn’t automatically make you brilliant as a team. That’s a different skill set. And when it’s missing, everyone can feel it, even when they can’t name it.
Grace Camp® exists to close that gap. When your leaders are the best version of themselves and are working together, the impact on your people, your culture, and your results is extraordinary.
Leadership Team Assessment & Coaching
Uncover What’s Holding Your Executive Team Back
It starts with understanding where your team actually is. Through a structured assessment built around six dimensions of team performance, we identify exactly what’s holding your team back — and build a custom road map to move forward.
How the Assessment Works
Individual interviews with every member of the leadership team
Review of employee engagement surveys and existing team data
Synthesis of findings across all six dimensions
Identification of the highest-leverage opportunities for growth
A customized recommendation: the right combination of workshops, coaching, and training for your specific team.
What You Walk Away With
A clear, honest picture of where your team stands — what’s working, what isn’t, and a concrete plan for what comes next. The assessment is the starting line, not the finish line. The real work — the rewarding work — comes after.
Workshops
Grow the Skills that Create High-Performing Teams
High-impact workshops built around the challenges executive teams face most: managing change, building productive relationships, and developing individual leadership.
Based on proprietary frameworks built from decades of best practices in Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, professional sports, and beyond.
Executive Coaching
For Senior Leaders Who Want to Level Up
One-on-one coaching for leaders who are ready to do the work. Customized to your specific challenges — not just what’s next on the org chart, but how you show up as a leader every single day.
How It Works
Coaching begins after completing relevant Grace Camp® workshops. This creates a shared foundation and makes every coaching session more focused and effective.
Individual and supervisor assessment to identify your top two or three development areas
Customized sessions built entirely around those areas — no generic curriculum, no one-size-fits-all agenda
Written recap after every session to capture insights and track progress over time
Homework, reading, and exercises between sessions to keep the growth moving
In-the-moment coaching when real challenges come up between scheduled sessions
Minimum of 10 sessions at a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cadence — whatever fits your life and your role
