Executive Leadership Coaching for Senior Leaders Ready to Grow
This isn’t coaching for people who want a promotion. It’s for leaders who know, deep down, that there’s more — more they could give, more they could become, more impact they could make on the people and organizations counting on them.
Kate left a 27-year career at Procter & Gamble because her heart was telling her there was something more to do — a way to live and lead more on purpose. That’s exactly what Grace Camp® Executive Coaching is designed to help you do.
This is serious, structured work. It goes deep on your specific challenges, holds you accountable, and stays with you through the hard moments — not just the comfortable ones. It’s for leaders who genuinely want to do the work.
How It Works
Coaching begins after completing relevant Grace Camp® workshops. This creates a shared foundation and makes every coaching session more focused and effective.
Individual and supervisor assessment to identify your top two or three development areas
Customized sessions built entirely around those areas — no generic curriculum, no one-size-fits-all agenda
Written recap after every session to capture insights and track progress over time
Homework, reading, and exercises between sessions to keep the growth moving
In-the-moment coaching when real challenges come up between scheduled sessions
Minimum of 10 sessions at a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cadence — whatever fits your life and your role
What We Work On
Every engagement is tailored to you. Topics may include:
Navigating major transitions — new role, new organization, major organizational change
Identifying and moving your “Big Rocks” — the priorities that move everything else
Building resilience when the pressure is highest and the stakes are real
Recognizing and managing your triggers before they manage you
Motivating and developing underperforming team members
Emotional intelligence and self-awareness as practical leadership tools
Your specific challenges — the ones that keep showing up, no matter what
Who This Is For
Leaders who are ready to be honest about what’s holding them back.
Leaders willing to do the homework. Leaders who believe that becoming the best version of themselves — not a version of someone else’s idea of a leader — is worth the investment. Because when you’re playing at your best, the impact on your family, your team, your organization, and the people who count on you is extraordinary.
