Last year I skipped the tradition of sharing my favorite things in the December blog. So, I decided to dust it off and bring it back in 2024.

It was a really good year, and I am really grateful. It was a year full of workshops and some executive coaching. In 2024, our workshops were primarily Women Moving Forward® and Managing Corporate Change©. Locations included London, FL, Arizona, Arkansas, Cleveland and of course New Jersey (my roots!). We also started working with some senior lead teams on how to be a better/higher performing team.

For some clients, it was a challenging year of major change, loss and tranisiton. For others it was a year of signifcant growth and wins. And through it all, I have been most impressed by you. Your tenacity, your committment and your willingness to work on yourself and work better with others. So that is why my Favorite Thing for 2024 isn't a workshop, or a trip, or a coaching engagement or positive feedback.

It is you!

You, are a joy to work with. And you inspire me to continue to do this work. So thank you for honoring me with the opportunity to join you on this journey.
